Real World Situation: In many schools leadership teams are developed in order to allow all staff members to have a stake in the prize. In one of the schools that I worked at, every staff member had to be a part of one of the teams. It allowed you to work with others in the district who had the same interests as you and to put your minds together to create a better district. The best part was working with others who you may normally not get to work with. The staff in that district was much more invested and proud of what they were doing.
